Information we collect
A booking request may include your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, travel plans, group and luggage counts, preferred language, and information you choose to provide. Avoid sharing passport numbers, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used
Information is intended only to assess, quote, coordinate, and provide the requested service; respond to enquiries; prevent abuse; and meet applicable record-keeping duties once confirmed by the owner.
Where information is sent
When production delivery is enabled, request details are sent to Resend for email delivery and then to the owner-controlled recipient mailbox. Email delivery does not mean the data is not retained by those systems.
Storage and retention
The website does not include a customer database. Resend and the recipient mailbox may retain request content under their settings and policies. Exact mailbox and provider retention periods require an owner decision before real bookings are enabled.
Access and sharing
The founder and necessary email providers may access request information. It should be shared with additional providers only when needed to coordinate a confirmed service or where legally required.
Deletion requests
A verified deletion request should be handled across the owner mailbox and applicable provider systems, subject to legitimate legal or record-keeping needs. The public request address and internal procedure require owner confirmation.
