FAQ

Good to know before you travel

Clear answers about what JapanMeet is, what is included, and how requests work.

See all questions
Is JapanMeet a taxi or transport service?

No. JapanMeet provides personal accompaniment and practical travel assistance. Any train, taxi, bus, or other third-party fare is separate unless your final quote explicitly says otherwise.

Where is the service available?

The initial service area is Tokyo, prioritizing Tokyo, Shinagawa, and Shinjuku stations. You may email another proposed Tokyo location for assessment during quotation.

Does emailing confirm my reservation?

No. Email inquiries are reviewed manually and do not guarantee availability or create a reservation. A reservation exists only after route and availability checks, your acceptance of a final quote, and direct confirmation from JapanMeet.

Can you carry my luggage?

Luggage carrying is not promised as part of the service. Tell us how many pieces you have so the route and meeting plan can be assessed realistically.

Planning help in Tokyo?

Review the service details, then email your route for manual consideration. An inquiry does not create a reservation or guarantee availability.
